At their AX panel today, Viz Media made a few small announcements worth passing on. Talking release dates first, a few DVDs will be hitting the streets this fall:

Bleach Movie 2: Diamond Dust Rebellion will be hitting the streets on 9/8. If you live in the California bay area though, be sure to check out the brand new Viz theater in San Francisco when the movie premieres there next month. L: Change the World hits the streets on 8/18, Death Note Relight hits the streets on 10/27 and the very first volume of Naruto Shippuden hits streets 9/29.

Also mentioned during the panel is a brand new contest. Viz Media plan to give away two guiltars autographed by Bleach creator Tite Kubo. There will be two ways to enter (both involve purchasing either Uncut Box Set 3 from Suncoast or FYE or purchasing DVD of episode 20, 21, or BLEACH Movie 2 later this year). More information will eventually be posted to the official site starting July 12^th.

I haven’t been able to find any pictures of the guitars in question but Gia over at AnimeVice described them thusly: “Frankly, the guitars look BADASS.”
